Deliveries for standard stock items such as T-shirts and lace products are subject to availability. If we have a problem processing your order, such as unavailability of an item, we will notify you by phone and/ or email. The safe delivery of your order is important to us so we ensure that all orders are sent by recorded delivery with Royal Mail or by a choice of couriers. Our delivery methods enable us to track your order from despatch to delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland.

POSTAGE
We calculate postage depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. For stock items such as T-shirts and lace the postage is accounted for immediately so you are charged at the point of placing your order. This is usually between £2.95 and £5.00.
Postage for Made-to-order orders such as coats and dresses are calculated dependent on the weight and destination. The prices advertised in the gallery act as a guide and may vary according to your personal specification. We suggest you email the sales team at the address below if you would like to place a bespoke order.
COLLECT YOUR ORDER
You are more than welcome to collect your order once completed from our studio in North London. Please notify a member of the Sales Team to schedule a time to do this. For those ordering a Made-to-order item, we suggest you book a fitting appointment with Andrea Galer to ensure your garment fits you perfectly. Bookings with Andrea are £25 for 1 hour.
