Costumes hired are for display on exhibition stands only.
Exhibition Costs
Exhibitions are priced per costume per week; the cost depends on the number of costumes you require and the duration of the exhibition.
The basic cost for the hire per costume is as follows.
First week’s hire £90.00
Second week’s hire £50.00
Each subsequent week £30.00
Exhibition set-up costs (one off costs)
Display stands if required, are £50 each for the entire run of your exhibition.
Dressing of stands at your venue from £200
Set dressing – by quotation
Costumes dressed and packed by us prior to delivery £150 – up to 10 costumes
Transportation of costumes to and from your venue - Price on application
Special event talks by Andrea Galer - Price on application
How many costumes are in an exhibition?
This is entirely up to you. You can choose the number of costumes appropriate to the size of your venue and budget, even if you choose one of our themed exhibitions.
Exhibition labels
We provide a costume description and details of production, character and actor, for you to use on labels.
We are also able to provide themed labels to tie in with themed exhibitions.
A small charge may be incurred for special themes.
Event talks
Andrea Galer is available to give talks abouther work both as a costume designer and as the founder of Power of Hands Foundation.
Provision of film stills for publicity
We can, provide artwork / storyboards etc to enhance your display by quotation.
Film screenings
We provide films tailored to the needs of your exhibition .
Exhibiting costumes to achieve the best display
To ensure an exhibition of the highest quality, we supply top teams in filming today to provide sets and costumes at your venue. The minimum chargeis £200 per day. (+ travel outside of London)
We will work with you to achieve the best exhibition for your venue and budget. Putting together the right exhibition is important for both you and us, our experienced staff are here to help ensure you have the best exhibition we can offer.
Environmental requirements for display
The costumes can usually be on open indoor display with adequate security, but we do ask that lighting levels, humidity and temperature be controlled.
For corporate events we may ask that you display the costumes in cases.
Transportation to and from your venue
We can arrange suitable transportation for the costumes within the UK.
Transportation costs are dependant on the number of costumes and distance to venue. Price on application.
Insurance
Each costume must be insured for £2000, from the time they leave our premises until the time they are returned. Proof of insurance will be required.
If you use our transportation service for costumes they should be insured from arrival until departure at your venue.

Please note our costumes and exhibitions are in high demand so to ensure your booking a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
